What is a quiz completion?
One shopper reaching their results page. Shoppers who open the quiz but leave before the results don't count, and previews in the editor never count. All your quizzes are added together, and the count starts again on the 1st of each month.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing stops. Your quizzes keep working and you are never charged extra. You'll see a note in the app at 80% and 100% of your plan, with the plan that fits, and you decide whether to move up.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your regular Shopify invoice, in US dollars. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial the first time you choose one.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, from the Plans page in the app. Uninstalling the app cancels a paid plan.
Are any features limited to higher plans?
No. Every feature is on every plan, including Free. Plans only differ by how many shoppers finish your quizzes each month.
How does the Custom plan work?
Above 1,500 completions, pick exactly how many you need with the slider, in steps of 50. It costs $0.10 per completion a month.
