Add an email question

1. In the quiz editor, click Add page → Email capture.
2. Edit the question text, for example "Where should we send your picks?".
3. To make it optional, tick Allow the question to be skipped.
4. Click Save, then Publish.

Ask for marketing consent

On the email question, tick Ask shoppers to subscribe to your emails. Shoppers see a checkbox under the email field. Only shoppers who tick it are subscribed in your email marketing app.

Where emails go

• Analytics → Submissions, with the shopper's answers. You can export them as CSV.
• Your email marketing app, if connected: Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Brevo, Attentive, Sendlane or Yotpo.
• Shopify customers, if turned on.
• The results email, if you turn it on.

Ask for more than an email

Use a Form page to ask for a name, email, phone number and birthday on one page. The email field works like an email question. Phone numbers are saved with the submission and sent to your email app with their property name. Sending them to SMS tools isn't available yet.
