Sending quiz results by email

Shoppers who give their email can get their results by email, so they can come back and buy later.

Turn it on

1. In the quiz editor, open Settings → Results email.
2. Tick Email shoppers their results.
3. Edit the subject, heading, message and button text. The preview updates as you type.
4. Choose whether to include your discount code (with a link that applies it) and the shopper's answers.
5. Click Send test email to see it in your inbox, then Save and Publish.

The quiz needs an email question.

Good to know

• Each shopper gets the email once per quiz.
• It's sent in your store's name, and replies go to your store's email address.
• Product links use your store's own domain.
